VEHICLES

Dixon's Hazard Response has had many vehicles during its time and let's take a lot.

Current Vehicle

From November 2023 Dixon's Hazard Response was the proud owner of a 2008 Ford Ranger.  This vehicle is a 4x4 and very keen to put it to its limits. This vehicle is fitted with rear, roof and front amber flashing lights.

This Vehicle is equipped to handle Vehicle Breakdowns such as flat tyres or batteries, minor repairs or overheating with 10L of water. It is equipped to assist with 4x4 recovery and motor vehicle accidents. This vehicle carries 30 cones, emergency Road flares, tiger tails, Jerry cans, a spill kit and three first aid kits.

I carry a snake bite first aid kit, a first responders kit and a Modular Trauma First Aid Pack

Dixon's Hazard Response does have the authority to fit and display amber warning lights. The current ute is fitted with four redfleet lights on the bull bar, two on the front window and two more redfleet lights on the back plus the roof lights.

Previous Vehicles - Baby Triton

This vehicle we had from September 2022 to November 2023 and this vehicle was designed to attend breakdowns and I carried all the necessary equipment to assist. I carried cones, tools and other equipment to help you.

This was a 1998 Mitsubishi Triton and it was fitted with amber flashing lights on the roof, dash and rear to ensure your safe.

The Hatch

The Vehicle that really made a impact of the community was my little hatchback. A 2005 Hyundai Accent. This vehicle was designed to assist with removing debris or items from the road. Equped with a broom, shovel, 5 cones and emergency road flares to keep people safe around fallen trees or debris.

This Vehicle was fitted with roof amber warning lights and served it's community from February 2022 - July 2022 when it was involved in a not at fault accident and totalled.

The Secret Vehicle

Before 2022 Dixon's Hazard Response used a 2001 Ford Falcon and that was designed to assist with breakdowns and carried all the necessary equipment to assist keeping people safe. Only true fans know this vehicle and I used this vehicle between 2019 and 2022.

This vehicle was fitted with one roof amber flashing light and rear lights
